I received EXCELLENT service from this establishment! I had an original Turkish runner that desperately needed cleaning; it had a terrible smell, and I was unsure how to clean it without damaging it. Phoenix exceeded my expectations! My runner now looks and smells fantastic. The pricing was reasonable, and the pickup and delivery service was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you! Totally awesome experience! I had my patio cushions cleaned and waterproofed. They were very dirty and showing impacts of the humidity after 3 years. They look brand new. The team that came to do my cleaning were very personable and knew their business. Gave me honest up front advice on cleaning my ruggable in my living room, which didn’t generate more business for them. That is the type of “home town” service I am always in search of. I will always use them going forward. I just put them in my contact list! These guys were a great find.
Outstanding professionalism and quality and detail of work by crew. Tech Billy went above and beyond to address stains and rust areas on couch, his knowledge of products and industry is impressive. Owner Jim answered phone personally on weekend, customer service A++👍

The team at Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our home!
We had a few pet stains on our bedroom carpet that had been there well over a year (mind you, I had already tried to tackle them with various cleaning solutions and my own carpet cleaner with no luck), and the Phoenix team was able to remove everything! The carpets literally look brand new.
The team was also extremely professional and polite. I could not recommend them more!

Phoenix Cleaning Solutions sent a 2 man team to my son’s home to clean his “frat” couch at his new place. These two young men were great! They explained the product and description of their technique after they thoroughly inspected his couch. Very professional!!! Unfortunately due to the fabric and its construction/loft, they were unable to clean as it could leave marks on the fabric and I did not want to take that chance. If it wasn’t for their honesty about the fabric, I could have ruined my son’s couch. I really appreciated the fact that they took quality of service above money.
I chose Phoenix because it is a family owned business with great reviews! After our experience yesterday, Jim you should be very proud of your employees. I highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience having Phoenix Cleaning Solutions clean all the carpeting in our new home. Previous owners had 2 dogs and a my husband has dog allergies. The company was a pleasure to work with, the carpets were left looking perfect, and there have been no allergy issues. Would highly recommend.

Many folks have pet allergies. We can almost always completely eliminate pet dander and associated odors. Thanks for the pet issues carpet cleaning review. 
The team that arrived was quick and courteous. They definitely made an improvement and handled some seemingly tough areas without hassle. I will keep them at the top of my list for recommendations.
