Just Outstanding from first point of contact until the completion of service! I highly recommend Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for their professionalism, quality of service and good value. Their price was a fraction of the quote I received from Caravan Rug Cleaning in Raleigh. Phoenix actually confirms the appointment the day before and calls when the technicians are in route; unlike some of their competitors. Jason and Nate provided an overview of the service and were very courteous and respectful of our home. My chairs look beautiful ! There was one spot that was not completely removed and when I called to have it addressed; Phoenix was responsive and agreed to have the spot retreated in a timely fashion. I will definitely used them again and only regret that I did not find them earlier.

I was looking for someone to clean my sofa and club chair. Came across Phoenix and checked the reviews. Wow all 5’s and even repeat clients. They showed up on time and went about their service. Both pieces looked so clean and bright white again. I have them coming back to clean my carpets. You won’t be disappointed by hiring this company.

Phoenix Cleaning was great! From my quote to the cleaning itself, they were extremely professional and friendly. We had carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and carpet repair work and everything was above and beyond. Super happy with our experience and highly recommended.

We have used Phoenix Cleaning several times and have been thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism & the outcome of the floors they have cleaned. We have Travertine in our kitchen & it has cleaned up beautifully! They have also gotten stains, including slime, out of my carpets that I had pretty much given up on!We will definitely use their services again.We have 2 kids and 4 pets, so you can imagine that Phoenix Cleaning had their work cut out for them. 😀

The Phoenix Cleaning Solutions crew has been cleaning our carpet and upholstery for many years, and we’d never call anyone else.
