We are amazed at how great our carpets look! With three dogs and 6.5 years without a cleaning, we figured most of our stains were hopeless, but they look brand new! They were on time, friendly and the results were awesome - we will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Because I have 3 dogs, I have my carpets and rugs cleaned every quarter. I have tried multiple services, and Phoenix Cleaning Solutions quickly became my "go-to" service provider for the last ~5 years. The staff are friendly and thorough. They provide excellent recommendations. Plus, there are no strong fragrances, which is very important to me. I highly recommend Phoenix!

The team at Phoenix Cleaners are top notch. We just had them out for a fourth time to help clean our carpet in our kids rooms and playroom. They’ve also helped us with area rug and upholstery cleaning in the past as well. They are always responsive and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any type of cleaning needs.

My dog got a bug and had diarrhea, and of course had several accidents in the carpet. I called Phoenix carpet cleaners, and they accommodated me in the same day. I truly appreciate their help!! They cleaned the carpet and the stains were completely gone. No more awful odor! I recommend their services.

We had Nate from Phoenix Cleaning Solutions come over to do an in-home cleaning of area rugs. They called before to let us know they were coming in and were on time as promised. The guys did an excellent job on our area rugs. Will definitely use them again!

I have used Phoenix for several years now. Sometimes companies start strong and then fade. Not Phoenix! They have done excellent work for me for years - prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. Jim responds very quickly to inquiries, and obviously cares deeply about creating and keeping very satisfied customers. I recommend Phoenix very highly.

I’ve been using Phoenix for two years now. Their staff has always been very courteous, and thorough with everything they’ve done at our house. I have used them twice now. Once to help get pet urine smells and stains out of a small oriental. This most recent time I had a large oriental cleaned on site and a larger one taken offsite to deep clean. Jim was knowledgeable and helpful to determine what would be best for my needs. They showed up on time and got the job done efficiently and with good attitudeI have had my carpets cleaned on site by lots of different companies over the years and I wish I had found a Phoenix earlier! The carpet was amazing clean and soft and fresh smelling. No fragrances just clean and naturalAnd they got out spots that no other co was able to deal with. Highly recommend and I will never use another service again.
