Because I have 3 dogs, I have my carpets and rugs cleaned every quarter. I have tried multiple services, and Phoenix Cleaning Solutions quickly became my "go-to" service provider for the last ~5 years. The staff are friendly and thorough. They provide excellent recommendations. Plus, there are no strong fragrances, which is very important to me. I highly recommend Phoenix!
My experience was one of professionalism and excellent quality of work. I let Nate and Curtis know that I had difficult stains that I wanted them to address. They informed me that they would definitely try to get the stains up. They were able to remove the stains. Amazing since I had two other carpet cleaning companies that could not remove the stains. Phoenix Cleaning Solutions will be the company that I will use moving forward!
Not very professional on the phone. Then, when my landlord checked my apartment, found cat urine all over, and had to rip out the carpets. Giant waste of money. 20 min of their time cost me $180 (that was the discount). Then another $400 from the landlord. The guys were nice who came to do the carpet, that's the only reason for 2 stars.

Jason was able to come same day I called and removed stains other big name carpet cleaning companies were unable to get out. Will def use Phoenix again!
This was the second time I used Phoenix and I’m glad I stuck with them. The people came to clean the rugs and carpet were very nice, polite, fast and went out of their way to make sure everything was done right.I’m having them back to do all the upholstery next month and I feel certain they’ll do another great job.Highly recommend!
The whole experience from inquiry to completion was professional and friendly. They crew showed up right on time. They got to work and knocked it out. I appreciated how they were realistic and worked hard to reduce staining I knew was permanent. Realistic expectations are important for the home owner. That being said, my carpets look almost new again. I will use them in the future.
Very positive experience. From the Phoenix website I submitted form requesting info and pleasantly surprised by very quick phone call from Jim who was very friendly and professional. Was also very impressed that he could send crew out the very next day. The crew of Paul and Chance were also very friendly and professional, and got the job done within an hour (family room, bonus room, two staircases and hallway, and two bedrooms!). Very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend them!
We had bathroom tile, foyer tile, & upholstery on two sofas and a recliner cleaned. Everything looks fantastic. The associates who did the work were friendly, knowledgable and completely professional. I highly recommend.
