Rug Cleaning

Hunters Crossing homes tend to have a combination of wall-to-wall carpet and area rugs layered on top of it — especially in living rooms and dining rooms. Those area rugs trap an incredible amount of dirt that never gets fully vacuumed out.

Different rugs need different treatment. Wool, silk, Persian, synthetic — each one has specific requirements. Wool can shrink. Silk is delicate. Synthentic rugs can handle more agressive cleaning. We check every rug before we start.

For nicer rugs, we offer pickup from your Hunters Crossing home, facility cleaning, and return within 3 to 5 business days. The results are better then in-home cleaning for most valuable pieces.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

A lot of the homes in Hunters Crossing have tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry rooms and entryways. The tile itself holds up fine, but the grout between the tiles is another story. Grout is porous and stains easily. Regular mopping doesn’t clean it — it just cleans around it.

We use high-pressure hot water with a rotary cleaning tool that actually gets inside the grout lines. After cleaning, we can seal the grout to slow down future staining. Grout sealer tyically lasts 1 to 2 years in normal household traffic. Kitchen floors may need it sooner.

A lot of common cleaning approaches — steam mops, wet Swiffers, wrong products — can actually damage hardwood over time. We use low-moisture cleaning systems designed specifically for finished wood floors. We remove buildup without putting excess moisture into the wood.

We don’t sand or refinish. If your floors need that level of work, you need a flooring contractor. But if they just look dirty and dull? We can usually have them looking a lot better in a few hours.
