Residential Carpet Cleaning

Your carpets dry faster than you’d expect — usually within a few hours — and they look and smell genuinely clean when we’re done.

What to expect: We move light furniture, pre-treat any spots, clean the whole area, and groom the fibers before we leave. No hidden fees, no upsells you didn’t ask for.

Oriental and Area Rug Cleaning

We get a lot of calls from Durant Trails residents about area rugs — Persian, Turkish, wool, silk, you name it. These rugs are different from wall-to-wall carpet, and they need to be treated differently.

Some of those rugs are heirlooms. Some are expensive. All of them deserve more careful handling than just running a steam cleaner over them. Here’s something we hear a lot: “I mop my tile floors all the time but they still look dirty.” That’s because regular mopping doesn’t get into the grout lines, and over time grout absorbs dirt, grease, and bacteria. It gets darker and darker and eventually just looks gross no matter what you do.

Our tile and grout cleaning uses high-pressure steam and specialized cleaning solutions that actually pull the buildup out of the grout, not just push it around. Kitchen floors, bathroom tile, laundry rooms — we clean them all. A lot of our Durant Trails customers are shocked at what their original grout color actually looks like.

We can also apply a grout sealer after cleaning to help keep it cleaner longer. Totally worth it if you’ve got light-colored grout.

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Hardwood floors are one of those things that look amazing when they’re clean and look terrible when they’re not. Dust, pet hair, and built-up residue from floor cleaners can make even good hardwood look dull and scratched.

We clean hardwood floors with methods that are safe for the finish — no excess moisture, no harsh chemicals. We get rid of the dull film that builds up from mopping and get the wood looking rich and clean again. This isn’t refinishing — it’s proper cleaning that extends the life of your floors and keeps them looking good between refinishing jobs.

Heads up: We’ll always assess your floor’s finish type before we start. Some older hardwood floors need different treatment than newer ones with polyurethane finishes.

I received EXCELLENT service from this establishment! I had an original Turkish runner that desperately needed cleaning; it had a terrible smell, and I was unsure how to clean it without damaging it. Totally awesome experience! I had my patio cushions cleaned and waterproofed. They were very dirty and showing impacts of the humidity after 3 years. They look brand new. The team that came to do my cleaning were very personable and knew their business. Gave me honest up front advice on cleaning my ruggable in my living room, which didn’t generate more business for them. That is the type of “home town” service I am always in search of. The team at Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our home!

We had a few pet stains on our bedroom carpet that had been there well over a year (mind you, I had already tried to tackle them with various cleaning solutions and my own carpet cleaner with no luck), and the Phoenix team was able to remove everything! The carpets literally look brand new.

Phoenix Cleaning Solutions sent a 2 man team to my son’s home to clean his “frat” couch at his new place. These two young men were great! They explained the product and description of their technique after they thoroughly inspected his couch. Very professional!!! Unfortunately due to the fabric and its construction/loft, they were unable to clean as it could leave marks on the fabric and I did not want to take that chance. If it wasn’t for their honesty about the fabric, I could have ruined my son’s couch. I really appreciated the fact that they took quality of service above money.
