I received EXCELLENT service from this establishment! I had an original Turkish runner that desperately needed cleaning; it had a terrible smell, and I was unsure how to clean it without damaging it. Totally awesome experience! I had my patio cushions cleaned and waterproofed. They were very dirty and showing impacts of the humidity after 3 years. They look brand new. The team that came to do my cleaning were very personable and knew their business. Gave me honest up front advice on cleaning my ruggable in my living room, which didn’t generate more business for them. That is the type of “home town” service I am always in search of. The team at Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our home!

We had a few pet stains on our bedroom carpet that had been there well over a year (mind you, I had already tried to tackle them with various cleaning solutions and my own carpet cleaner with no luck), and the Phoenix team was able to remove everything! The carpets literally look brand new.

The team was also extremely professional and polite. I could not recommend them more!

Phoenix Cleaning Solutions sent a 2 man team to my son’s home to clean his “frat” couch at his new place. These two young men were great! They explained the product and description of their technique after they thoroughly inspected his couch. Very professional!!! Unfortunately due to the fabric and its construction/loft, they were unable to clean as it could leave marks on the fabric and I did not want to take that chance. If it wasn’t for their honesty about the fabric, I could have ruined my son’s couch. I really appreciated the fact that they took quality of service above money.
I chose Phoenix because it is a family owned business with great reviews! After our experience yesterday, Jim you should be very proud of your employees. I highly recommend this company.

You don’t have to move everything. We move light furniture as part of the job — sofas, chairs, coffee tables, that kind of thing. Heavier pieces like beds and dressers are usually best left in place and we clean around them. If there’s something specific you want moved, just mention it when you book.

How soon can you come out to Bentley Woods?

We typically have openings within the week, and sometimes sooner. For urgent situations — like a major spill or you’re getting ready to sell — call us directly and we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly.
