Carpet Cleaning in Raleigh: Serving North Raleigh Residents
North Raleigh has grown a lot over the past decade. Newer subdivisions, established neighborhoods, big homes, starter homes — all kinds of people living side by side. The one thing most of them have in common? Carpet that could use some attention.
Phoenix Cleaning Solutions serves North Raleigh homeowners with carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, tile work, and hardwood floor care. We’re based nearby, we know the area, and we treat your home the way we’d want someone to treat ours. Call us at (919)-362-1054 or fill out a form to schedule your quote.
Residential Carpet Cleaning
North Raleigh gets hot and humid summers, which means a lot of time indoors with the AC running. That also means carpet fibers trap more dust, pet dander, and allergens than people realize. If anyone in your house deals with allergies or asthma, the air quality inside your home matters — and your carpet plays a bigger role than most people think.
Our residential carpet cleaning uses hot water extraction to pull dirt and allergens out of the fibers, not just off the surface. We bring truck-mounted equipment to most jobs, which gives us stronger suction and faster drying compared to portable machines. We pre-treat spots, clean the whole area, and groom the carpet before we leave.
Heads up for North Raleigh homeowners: If you have kids or pets, every six months is a reasonable cleaning schedule. Once a year is the minimum most manufacturers recommend.
Oriental and Area Rug Cleaning
A lot of North Raleigh homes have beautiful area rugs — Persian, Turkish, wool blends, dhurries. These rugs pull a room together, but they also take a beating from foot traffic, pets, and everyday life. And they can’t all be cleaned the same way.
We inspect every rug before we touch it. Fiber type, dye stability, construction — these things all affect how we clean. A hand-knotted wool rug needs a completely different approach than a machine-made polypropylene rug. We take the time to figure out what we’re working with, then use the right method. Most rugs come out looking significantly better, and we’ll tell you upfront if one is too far gone for cleaning to help.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
North Raleigh has a lot of homes with tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, and mudrooms — and most of them have grout that hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. Grout is porous. It absorbs everything, and mopping just doesn’t get into those lines. Over time grout goes from light gray or white to a dingy dark color that looks permanently dirty.
We use high-pressure steam cleaning to actually extract the buildup from grout lines, not just scrub the surface. The difference is pretty dramatic. We also offer grout sealing after cleaning — it creates a barrier that slows down how fast grime builds back up. If you’ve got tile in your kitchen and the grout is dark and discolored, this is worth doing.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Hardwood is everywhere in North Raleigh homes, especially in older neighborhoods around Falls of Neuse, Stonehenge, and North Hills. It looks great when it’s in good shape, but hardwood floors pick up a film over time from floor cleaners, dust, and foot traffic that makes them look dull and scratched even when they’re not actually worn down.
We clean hardwood floors using moisture-controlled methods that are safe for the finish. No flooding the floor, no harsh strippers. Just a proper cleaning that removes the film and brings the wood’s natural look back. If your hardwood looks dull but isn’t actually damaged, cleaning is the right move before you spend money on refinishing.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
North Raleigh has a large and growing business community — office parks along Creedmoor Road, retail along Six Forks, medical offices, and plenty of small businesses throughout. We work with commercial clients across the area on regular maintenance schedules and one-time deep cleanings.
We schedule commercial carpet cleaning around your business hours. Early mornings, evenings, weekends — whatever keeps your operation running without interruption. Commercial carpets wear out faster than residential ones, and regular cleaning extends the life of your flooring investment. Call us to talk through what schedule makes sense for your space.

Family business is a blessing. Thanks for the kind words and review

I appreciate the review.

The team at Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our home!
We had a few pet stains on our bedroom carpet that had been there well over a year (mind you, I had already tried to tackle them with various cleaning solutions and my own carpet cleaner with no luck), and the Phoenix team was able to remove everything! The carpets literally look brand new.
The team was also extremely professional and polite. I could not recommend them more!
Thanks so much for the review

Questions People Actually Ask
Why does my carpet still look dirty after I vacuum every week?
Vacuuming handles surface debris — the stuff sitting on top of the fibers. What it doesn’t reach is the dirt, oils, and allergens packed down into the base of the carpet. Over time that accumulation makes carpet look flat and dingy no matter how often you vacuum. Hot water extraction pulls that deep-down buildup out. After a proper cleaning, most carpets look noticeably better within the first hour.
How do I know if my rug can be cleaned safely?
Most rugs can be cleaned — the question is how. If you’re not sure what your rug is made of, call us before you book and describe it. We can usually give you a good idea over the phone. When we arrive, we test before we clean. If there’s any risk of color bleed or fiber damage, we’ll let you know before we start, not after.
