Green Carpet Cleaners
Phoenix Cleaning Solutions uses green carpet cleaning methods to clean your carpets. We use Green Seal certified products and very hot water along with the best cleaning procedures and techniques.
There are three primary types of cleaning techniques in the carpet cleaning industry:
1- Dry Cleaning: Dry absorbent compound (containing small amounts of water, detergent, and solvent,) is sprinkled over carpet or worked into the carpet with a machine.
The purpose of this cleaner is to attract and absorb soil. Mechanical agitation from a brush works the cleaner through the carpet. Carpet must be thoroughly vacuumed before and after cleaning.
This process often leaves the carpet with a “crisp – chemical feeling texture”
2 – Bonnet Cleaning: This process is an adaptation of hard floor spray buffing to carpets. This method for carpet maintenance consists of the use of a rotary buffer adapted with a stiff brush to drive cotton pads.
The carpet can be sprayed with the cleaning solution and/or the pads can be soaked in the cleaning solution. Carpet manufacturers suggest not using this method on most residential carpets.
3 – Hot Water Extraction: This green carpet cleaning process is what I choose to use for our business. I am a common sense kind of guy. Our method involves the only process that is recommended by every carpet manufacturer.
We use Green Seal certified products, very hot water and the best cleaning procedures and techniques. Cleaning & rinsing the carpet and then extracting all of the soils and cleaning agents out to a van is simply the best way to clean carpets.
Doing Green Carpet Cleaning Since 2004
Phoenix Cleaning Solutions has used the hot water extraction process since 2004. We constantly search for the “Greenest Technology” available.
Three years ago we upgraded our equipment to the Butler system. This system has been the premium brand of residential / commercial cleaning equipment for over 35 years.
This quality, multi-use carpet, fabric and hard surface cleaning and restoration machine; has been specifically engineered to provide the best possible cleaning with results using the safest possible chemicals.
Phoenix Cleaning Solutions always utilizes “Green Seal Certified” chemistry.
The Butler System for cleaning carpets
The Butler System provides us with the ability to offer a very consistent cleaning process, which means great green carpet cleaning results for our clients.
The Butler System provides flexible water temperature settings of the cleaning solution. We utilize cooler temperatures 140-160 degrees for delicate upholstery and oriental rugs. Medium cleaning temperatures of 160-180 works best for most residential carpets.
High temperature cleaning of 200 plus degrees works best for ceramic tile and grout cleaning. The higher temperature cleaning ability of the Butler System makes commercial carpet cleaning a large percentage of our business.
Many local office building and restaurants owners demand Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for their cleaning needs.
The Butler System offers us the ability to serve nearly every type of client. Few competitors can clean the 6th floor of an office building with relative ease and still provide carpet cleaning in a 1st floor senior citizens apartment.
