Just Outstanding from first point of contact until the completion of service! I highly recommend Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for their professionalism, quality of service and good value. Their price was a fraction of the quote I received from Caravan Rug Cleaning in Raleigh. Phoenix actually confirms the appointment the day before and calls when the technicians are in route; unlike some of their competitors. Jason and Nate provided an overview of the service and were very courteous and respectful of our home. My chairs look beautiful ! There was one spot that was not completely removed and when I called to have it addressed; Phoenix was responsive and agreed to have the spot retreated in a timely fashion. I will definitely used them again and only regret that I did not find them earlier.

I was looking for someone to clean my sofa and club chair. Came across Phoenix and checked the reviews. Wow all 5’s and even repeat clients. They showed up on time and went about their service. Both pieces looked so clean and bright white again. I have them coming back to clean my carpets. You won’t be disappointed by hiring this company.

We have used Phoenix Cleaning several times and have been thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism & the outcome of the floors they have cleaned. We have Travertine in our kitchen & it has cleaned up beautifully! They have also gotten stains, including slime, out of my carpets that I had pretty much given up on!We will definitely use their services again.We have 2 kids and 4 pets, so you can imagine that Phoenix Cleaning had their work cut out for them. 😀

Phoenix Cleaning just cleaned my upstairs carpet today and did a fantastic job! The guys were very professional and made sure to address carpet stains with extra care. They had great deals on their website too. They use products that are pet and kid friendly too.

Because I have 3 dogs, I have my carpets and rugs cleaned every quarter. The team at Phoenix Cleaners are top notch. We just had them out for a fourth time to help clean our carpet in our kids rooms and playroom. My dog got a bug and had diarrhea, and of course had several accidents in the carpet. I called Phoenix carpet cleaners, and they accommodated me in the same day. I truly appreciate their help!! They cleaned the carpet and the stains were completely gone. No more awful odor! I recommend their services.

I have used Phoenix for several years now. Sometimes companies start strong and then fade. Not Phoenix! They have done excellent work for me for years - prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced.
