Their price was a fraction of the quote I received from Caravan Rug Cleaning in Raleigh. Phoenix actually confirms the appointment the day before and calls when the technicians are in route; unlike some of their competitors. Jason and Nate provided an overview of the service and were very courteous and respectful of our home. My chairs look beautiful ! There was one spot that was not completely removed and when I called to have it addressed; Phoenix was responsive and agreed to have the spot retreated in a timely fashion. I will definitely used them again and only regret that I did not find them earlier.
